1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of BitPool, a Cardone Ventures company ("BitPool", "we", "us"). By accessing and using BitPool, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. BitPool operates under United States law and applicable financial regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using BitPool, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Staking Terms

• BTC staking: 22% return with lock periods of 3 to 6 months
• USDT staking: up to 30% annual return (APY) with a 12-month lock period
• Funds are locked during the staking period
• Early withdrawal is not permitted
• Optional auto-reinvest is available at the end of each period

4. Risks

Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to hold BitPool harmless from any losses.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Account sharing or unauthorized access
• Attempting to manipulate the platform

6. Account Termination

BitPool reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or suspicious activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

BitPool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
